FLUORIDE INSTRUCTIONS

I. FLOURIDE RINSES

1. At bedtime use aftter brushing with a regular toothbrush.

2. Take about 30ml (1 oz.) and swish inside of mouth for 2 minutes. Then expectorate

3. Do not rinse, eat or drink for at least 1/2 hour after rinsing.

II. FLOURIDE GELS OR USE WITH FLUORIDE TRAYS

1. Place a small amount into each tooth tray

2. Insert over teeth

3. Take index finger and wipe away excess material that may ooze out of tray

4. Wear trays for a minimum of 1-2 hours or leave in while sleeping
